Yes, if order hasn’t been accepted by the restaurant. Once it gets accepted, order can’t be cancelled again.

We’ve developed our very own mini-fintech system named CUSHCOIN. Users can fund their wallet to use for purchases using bank transfer or card payment. Funds can be sent to other users, or withdrawn back to users’ bank account.

The service fee is a small charge added at checkout on Cushy Access. This includes a percentage of your order total (not including delivery fees) and a packaging fee for the delivery bag.

YES! Just input the receiver’s detail (phone number & address) at checkout.
Cushy Access is a connector between restaurants & hungry customers. So cancellation is both ways; if the restaurant does not have the item available at that moment, or for any other similar reasons, they can cancel the order. And the money would be refunded back to user’s Cushcoin wallet for next order.

For now, no. You can’t cancel individual items. If you’ve changed your mind concerning a particular item, you are advised to cancel the whole order and make a new one with the right items.

Withdrawal of Cushcoin funds to any Nigerian bank account is within 24 hours. If after 24 hours your money hasn’t reflected in the provided bank account, contact our support.

For Vendors

Immediately an order gets accepted by the restaurant, a rider is sent to your restaurant. Time for pickup is within 15 minutes timeframe.
Yes. Through the app, your restaurant can either choose to accept or decline orders for genuine reasons, and the customer gets notified automatically.
Our compression technology reduces uploaded images to 70% quality, converts them to WebP, and adds a Cushy Access watermark. This ensures faster loading for customers. You are advised therefore to upload high quality images (if possible, with low file size)

You cannot use your vendor account to place orders as a customer via the Cushy Access app or web. To order as a customer, please create a separate account using a different email and log in through the customer app.

Cushy Access is a connector between restaurants & hungry customers. So cancellation is both ways; if the user for whatever reason do not want to proceed with their order anymore, they can cancel the order. And the money would be refunded back to user’s Cushcoin wallet for next order. (Orders can only be cancelled if not yet accepted by restaurant).
