TERMS OF SERVICE

Below are our stated terms and conditions as regards utilising our courier services:

  1. The only acceptable form of payment here is online. Neither we nor our agent shall accept physical cash or bank transfer. If a user pays to anyone offline, or outside the Cushy Access app, it is at their own risk.
  2. A refund of payment applies only when:
    (a) There has been a major delay (2 hours+) in the delivery of package. We shall refund 50% of the delivery fee. Delivery time starts calculating from the moment the delivery agent picks up the package from the sender.
    – Refund of delivery fee based on delay shall not apply under natural circumstances such as rain, strong humidity, etc., and also traffic.
    (b) The package was damaged (in whole or part) by our delivery agent. In this situation, there shall be a full refund of delivery fees & also compensation, by paying the exact worth of goods as cash.
  3. We are not in any way liable if the receiver fails to pick up their package as of when due. This is not a delay from our own end.
  4. We are not in any way liable if we receive a wrong package from the sender. As this is user error.
  5. Delivery time ends by 7:00 PM. Therefore, any shipping order placed after 6:00 PM shall be rolled over to be fulfilled the following day.
  6. When you order for a delivery, your email provided shall be used, together with a Tracking ID sent to your email, to track the delivery of package by both you & your receiver.
